Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation:

A 14 day 'cooling off' period is the minimum legal requirement in the UK & EU for items purchased online, unless the item is bespoke or made to measure. This cooling off period will apply to all standard products (whereby the customer is not given any customisation options, and height/weight is not required) and begins the day after you receive your order. Our products which offer customisation options, requesting height and weight details, are considered bespoke and made to measure, we therefore reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests on such orders

Returns:

Please always follow our recommended care instructions, any deviation from this advice will invalidate any defects later claimed

Leather is a natural material and will therefore always have natural markings such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes. Natural markings are no defect but rather indications of genuine leather. Irregularities in the texture or the consistency of colour are no fault but inherent to the material. Refunds will not be given for such markings unless the integrity of the seat is affected

Your motorcycle seat may take several weeks to 'bed in' as it shapes to suit your bike and body. Please bear this in mind before reporting any comfort issues. Due to the individuality of all riders, comfort cannot be guaranteed for every seat, however we will do our best to rectify any issues within THREE months of you receiving your seat

Our 'COMFORT GUARANTEE' applies to RIDE-IN Serviced alterations only. We do our best to craft each and every seat for optimum comfort, however finding the most ergonomic shape and foam combination can only be achieved with the bike and customer present to test the foam at alteration stage

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS ON CUSTOM, PERSONALISED, BESPOKE & MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

Partial or full refunds will only be given on defective seats or where there is a quality issue arising within THREE months providing the defect cannot be rectified. Upon inspection we will deem whether the item in question has been tampered with, misused or devalued prior to giving a refund, and all refunds will be processed on an individual basis. Agreed refunds will be processed within five working days upon receipt of the returned item

Standard UK postage costs for the original purchase will be refunded, however return postage for alterations or refunds are the responsibility of the customer

International Courier & Shipping Terms:

Buyers are responsible for fees, duties, & any customs charges for import into their country which may be applied in addition to our shipping fees for packing and courier overseas

We are currently NOT shipping to the US due to extortionate shipping costs and high duties imposed on customers on import & prior to delivery, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope to be able to ship our goods to the US again in the future

Please check with the customs organisation in your country before placing an order, CORE motorcycle Ltd will not refund orders which have been returned to the UK due to unpaid duties and taxes in the country of import

The EU Withdrawal Directive 2023/2673 amending the Consumer Rights Directive to require all online traders selling to EU consumers to include a clearly visible and easily accessible "Withdrawal Button" implemented on 19th June 2026 does NOT APPLY to our products available for purchase via our website as all available products for the EU market require height & weight information at the point of purchase. The consumer right to cancel does not apply to customised, personalised or bespoke products
